Good Morning!

Sorry I have been MIA the past couple of days! I did go to check in yesterday and something happened that I had to shut everything out..I was at work.
I don't have time for personnals right now b/c I am getting ready to workout before work. Im doing BC weight work with 5 mins interval runs on the TM...which will bring me to 4 miles. Yesterdays workout was 3miles/4dsbc/abs and last night was a 4 mile run. And Tues workout was a 55 mins run outside. I have been working on little sleep this week! I can't wait to sleep in a little tomorrow morning!

Morning! I'm back!

Today I have been really good with the food! Feeling a bit chuffed :) BUT i've still got to beat the pantry addiction in the middle of night!x(

GSlegs today. Tommorrow will be gym style back, shoulder and biceps and abs from somewhere.

I've had my three year old daughter home with me she has croup! Croup scares me! I watch their breathing like a "Hawk".

Amelia - Week one for me, I have messed up the days and so I won't be resting tomorrow as I was supposed to, i had two rests earlier in the week. Where are you?

Roxie - I really hope those antibiotics work!! What are oxygen pts?

Becca - Hows that cold? did you manage a workout or opt for the rest?

Elaine - LOL "Men" hmph! They have a-b-s-o-l-u-t-l-y NO idea how busy we are!! Mine is always adding to my "to do" list. Frustrates me! :D

Andrea - even though KPC is a short one its still a goodie. How do you get on with the blast?

Jean - Thanx for the Aussie Shepherd link. Coincidentally, today my husband took her to work and she "guarded" his car from other dogs!
I live too far away for the road trip. Cathe should come to Australia! :)

Shirl - I hope you rested and are feeling better.

Lori - Hope the day is slowing down a bit for you and isn't quite as hectic.

Good Morning Lori, Andrea and Amelia and all to follow.

Last night I couldn't sleep well, so getting up this morning was extra hard. After my alarm went off at 4, I reset it for 1/2 hour more and thought if I don't go back to sleep in 10 minutes I'll go ahead and get up. The next thing I knew was my alram going off again. So I guess I needed that 1/2 hour and probably more. Since I slept in, I had to cut S & H to just legs. I'll do shoulders tonight or in the morning. I've got seminars today so I won't be able to check back in until tonight. Hope everyone has a great day.

Hi!

Im at work and have a brief min to check in. Hopefully I will get this finished.
My workout ended up being 6 seg of BC and a 3.5 min run. I would like to get another run in tonight but I think I have to come back to work and there is no way I am doing my hair to come back here for a few mins! I will probably take a little nap on the couch while i am waiting to come back to work. I don't think I have to come back till 1:30 ish...in the morning:eek:

Ameila** Hope you are feeling better soon!Drink lots of water!

Andrea** I like having busy days, makes the day go by faster and keeps my eating in check! Hope you baby girl is feeling better soon! I hate it when kids are sick, you wish you could just take it for them.

Jean** I know its so hard to get out of bed in the wee hours, isn't it? I just sat there today, thinking "what am I doing?" But I got up, mainly cause DH pushed me out, with hopes that I would turn off the alarm:+ I need a good sleep in as well. I had 4 nights of broken sleep b/c of work and two late nights going to bed, with early rises. Oh and last night was broken as well b/c DS woke up crying at 2:00.

Andrea (idream) Croup! UGH! I hope your little sweetie gets better soon. It scares me, too.

Jean, I hope that you are able to fit the shoulder WO in. I had a hard time getting up as well, today.

Yesterday I did PUB and really pushed myself on the biceps (I think I had the same "outer body experience" that Cathe refers to!), so I've got some great DOMS today.

I still am fighting this cold, I have a bit of a fever now so I don't know if I will do PLB which is scheduled for today. We shall see how I feel later.

Good Morning All,

For those of you who did not see my post last nite we decided not to put the dog asleep and try antibiotics again, my DH thinks she is getting better I think he is being optomistic. Won't be able to get a workout in today so I will make this my rest day. I'ts cloudy and rainy again today.


Andrea-oxygen pts are people who are on oxygen and I go to their homes make sure the equipment is running right and change all the tubing that is on it, I also make sure they are doing ok. It's the part of my job I love.

Wow a lot of challengers are up early today,

This morning I did 4DS chest/back/bis/tris. I am starting to increase my weights. I finally bought some 12lb dumbbells. I had been using 10lbs with plate mates on them.

Andrea: take care of your little one. I know what you mean about the breathing. We had some scarey nights with my older DS when he was little.

Okay Amelia and Becca keep those germs on your side of cyber space!:+ Just kidding, Get well.

Lori: Get some sleep. I get extremely grumpy when I am running on little sleep.

Roxie: Are you a Respiratoy Therapist?

Jean: 4:00AM :eek: Someone would have to kick me out of bed!

Okay, have to go grocery shopping and one more errand for DH.

What is it with today? I took an unplanned rest today - the cats got me up @ 3:30 and then I couldn't go back to sleep until around 4:45ish (should've done my WO then). So I elected not to get up. Guess I needed the extra sleep cuz I almost overslept even then.

I'll either get something this evening or hit it (4DS HIS in its entirety) tomorrow. I still need a leg WO this week too and at least one more session of abs.

Andrea, I love KPC and it doesn't really give me any difficulty. I have to use weighted gloves to get a little extra oomph. I had been taking cardio kickboxing @ the gym for several years by the time I discovered KPC. KB is still my favorite WO.

Becca, I hope you feel better soon!

Hi Roxie, Amelia, Lori, Jean, Shirl, and everyone else. I apologize if I missed anyone. I have a tough time remembering what I just read a couple minutes ago (need more coffee :p ).
