I had such a bad day at work yesterday that I just didn't have the energy to workout last night. Tonite I will do TF 55EZ Class. I will make up my workouts this weekend DH is going out of town again.

Amelia-hope you get your circuit workout in.
 
Today was a dog walk then body fusion with heavier weights and WOW was my arms and legs burning with this one. I know the workout is beginner/intermediate but throw in heavy weights and waalaaa, advanced workout (except all the repetitions in the step choreography:confused:) I then did some core work from C&W.

Today is a cardio and since the kids are home it will have to be a step workout. Im thinking either LM or SB...bbl

Today is catch up day I didn't workout again last night went out with DD and her DH. I did TF Sculpt 30 from Thursday and I wish I would have used a heavier resistance band and I did Core 20 which is todays workout. While DH watches the game I will do Stretch 40.

75 cals burned. This workout is tough.

Hey girls

So, took the kids to the grocery store this morning and guess what they had in the bakery section as samples? BROWNIES W/ICING....i was like :eek:! I got the kids a sample and of course none for me;the lady thats always on a diet:rolleyes:. All i thought about was my weigh in tomorrow, i think that's the only thing that stopped me from shoving a couple in my mouth:p

So, came home and did 4ds/LIS (did the last part twice, were she runs through all the combo's again). It was a good workout, started kinda lazily but ended super charged.

Morning,

Today will be a full body weight workout.

Im a little frustrated right now with the scale. I didn't lose anything last week and this week only a pound:eek:. Kinda confused about why its coming off so slow? 2lbs a month isn't what i had in mind:confused: anyways...bbl

Today for me is TF 45 Class and Stretch 10 I also want to do HIIT 15 Class over indulged yesterday need to burn off some extra calories and it make up one of the missed workouts.

Amelia-to me a loss is a loss now matter how small.
 
whew...just finished Muscle Max and i must say my muscles are maxed;)

Roxie-Exactly what my DH told me, nice workout planned for today!

Hi everyone. Not sure the last time I posted, so here's a recap since Friday. Friday morning was a run. First mile, steady state, then did part of CC v6. Had lunch with a fellow Cathlete who was in town. No workout Saturday. Went to Grapefest( a local wine tasting festival) with 2 other Cathletes and some of their friends last night. Made sure I got up and worked out this morning to burn off the corn dog and wine that I had at the festival. I jogged 2 miles and then did bis and tris. Trying to do last minute cleaning and prep for the wedding the rest of the day. This next week, I may be MIA some, but I will be thinking of you so keep up the workouts and I will do the same. I will need them for the stress relieve, LOL.
