wk2,day1 on my rotation and it calls for ctx upper body split...i don't have ctx so i substituted supersets upper body blast premix. Its about the same amount of time (60minutes) guess it will work:p

This morning I did TJ 20 min with wtd. gloves and then went to MILs to clean so they can put the house on the market. Did a wonderful workout when I got home that I have had laying around here for at least a year or more but had just never previewed it or did it Turbo Jam Turbo Sculpt all weight work it is now going to become my go to workout.

TJ 20min Stats:

18 in the zone
148 min hr
167 max hr
139 cals burned.

TJ Turbo Sculpt:
39 min
36 in the zone
140 min hr
160 max hr
254 cals burned.

today is suppose to be SB but again,don't have that one so i will jump on the treadmill and listen to some Coach Sean(you guys been on his website lately? He's looking good:p) I plan on CCV6

Im pretty proud of myself this morning, i stayed on plan yesterday with my calories. It felt good to wake up too:)

Today will be a stretch day for me and then I need to go grocery shopping.

Amelia and Roxie you both are rocking it. Way to go. This morning was a short jog at the track to calibrate my Nike +. Then DH and I went to the gym and I did a tabata set on the TM. That will get your heart pumping, followed by total body weight work. Feeling Good.

Quick check in...i did my workout around 2pm today, did CCV7 and had a good workout,nice sweat fest. It took 60mins and i traveled 4.137 miles, not bad for me:) next time i will try and beat that time.
