Good Morning, i forgot to check for another thread..hope there isn't another one:confused:

I've got the 'paper gown appointment' this morning so my workout will have to wait until this afternoon. I plan on doing PLB + Floor work in L&G's. Luckily i have both of them recorded on my DVR, hopefully i can get my workout in before the school bus gets here.

Today is PUB, hope to get it in early. Dh has an appointment with his cardiologist @ 11am so that should give me plenty of time to workout then do some cleaning.

Didn't get my workout in went to the dr and I still have ear infection, she gave me a new antibiotic but its a cousin to penicillian and I am allergic to that. Tonite I am babysitting nephew so don't know if I will get one done or not.

Amelia-hope it nothing serious with DH.
 
workout done,yay. I forgot how tough the pyramids were:confused: I also ran down to my old mailbox to burn some extra calories..burned 250 total. I plan on keeping busy with cleaning after we get back & ive already looked up the nutrition facts at Steak & Shake and planned my meals out today. Shouldn't be a bad day calorie wise...

Roxie-Nothing serious with DH,just his usual yearly check up(he has Atrial fibrillations and take's meds for it) Have a good time with your nephew this evening..hope the new meds work for you!

Good Morning,

I am starting to get discouraged I don't think I will ever be able to lay down again without the world spinning makes it hard to get a good nights sleep. DH leaves again this afternoon so I am hoping to get in 2 workouts tonite since they are only 30 min ones. I am doing KCMs 30 min KB and the Muscle Definition that I haven't been able to do yet. The baby didn't leave until 7:45 last night and DH came home at 8.

Amelia-we are suppose to have thunderstorms here tonite and I don't mind its better than snow and ice. Glad to hear its nothing serious with DH.
 
workout done! Finished all of it, did modify some of the HIS but got through it. I updated my weight on my HRM and todays workout burned 350 in 57minutes...i was kinda expecting more.

You guys ever feel like your legs just won't move fast enough when you do step? Man,it was very frustrating today...i felt like a stomping horse:confused: Cathe and the gang move so gracefully...

Roxie-Nice workout planned later...I hope you feel better soon:((((Hugs)))

Today is a circuit, suppose to be a circuit premix off of the kpc/lg dvd but i don't have that one. Not sure what i will do yet....

Roxie-WTG on your workout last night...thats awesome! I really like KCM, ive been meaning to get her muscle definition and her KB workout

Computer at home has a virus. Tonites workouts will be Basic Step add riser and TJ 20 min with wtd gloves then ab jam.
 
Hey girls,quick check in here. The kids are getting out early today and there off tomorrow so there going to keep me busy the next few days. Hopefully the weather will clear up so they can play outside:confused:

I did bootcamp,its tough...forgot how tough it was. I burned right at 300 calories. Not bad..tomorrow is a rest day and im looking forward to it;)

I managed to get up this morning and get a workout in. 30 minutes jog. It was slow, but hard. I need to build up again, but at least I did it.

Jean-no still fighting it but tired of being sick so trying to convince myself I feel better.

good grief im such a dork!!! i keep reading the rotation wrong...today is a rest day but i almost did a cardio because next week on day 6 in the rotation is a cardio...ARG!

I took my chihuahua to get neutered last week and ive noticed his appetite has increased. He acts like he's starving all the time...he goes through two bowls of food now instead of picking at one. He tries to sneak a bite from my labs food dish but she snaps at him and guards her bowl when he's out there...kinda funny!:p

Hopefully my poor little hula dancer on my ticker will move soon :( my eating this week has been over cals almost every day...there has got to be an underlying issue that im not dealing with here :( i will figure it out and get back on track...at least my workouts have rocked ;)

Good Morning,

I didn't get last nights workouts done youngest DD took me out for supper and then DH and I worked on my computer and watched the BB game together. I did Ab Jam this morning, suppose to do Push Pull tonite but she does the chest and back work lying on the floor and I can't do that do to dizziness so I might just have to do KCMs Muscle Definition again.

Amelia-my underlying issue with food right now is DH is out of town and I am still sick. Hope you figure yours out.

Roxie, sorry to hear the dizziness is sticking around. I had a friend who had veritgo for awhile due to deep sinus congestion that she didn't even know she had. I think they treated it will antihistamines until it finally went away. Hopefully your's will be gone soon too.

Amelia, maybe your body is craving more food because your workouts have rocked. Maybe try adding some extra protein after workouts to convince your body it is getting enough fuel.

My food issues are not underlying. They are straight out in front of me all the time, LOL. I love bad carbs. The sugary kind, the fatty kind. I'm trying hard this week to journal again, convincing myself that if I'm going to bother working out, I should eat for fuel and not for fun. Telling myself, why blow the workout by indulging in something I don't need. Hopefully it will start to sink in.

Hey girls, i got ansty so i did some yoga..Rodney yee power yoga:strength. It was fun...except my workout top didn't exactly keep the girls in place:eek: its an older workout top so i guess its time to throw it away..

Jean-im fine up until after supper...i get this urge to eat,i can't explain it...most of the time im not even hungry:confused: maybe i am tired or my body isn't getting enough protein..i will try the protien idea and see if it helps!

Hope you feel better Roxie,i can't imagine getting dizzy every time i lay down...so sorry your going through this:(
