The Challengers week of Aug, 17

Decided on Imax2, did about 40mins of it. Burned 408 cals. I was suprised i lasted so long;) guess those run intervals are helping my endurance?

Morning

Today is my rest day. Im still sore from legs on friday.

Tomorrow starts P90X for me. I will weigh in the morning, DH will take my before and after pics(in my bathing suit:eek:) & my measurements when he gets home this evening.(should of done that yesterday morning) I never did get a pull-up bar friday so i will have to get one this friday coming up(just couldn't afford it this week,ugh) AND my food scale broke, so im going to have to eye my portions this week....plan on picking a new one up on friday as well.

Today is a rest day but I will do Slim & Limber and then DH and I will go for our Sunday walk.

Today, I managed to get up before church and get a workout in. I did disc 14 STS. Legs were shaking. My shoulders and tris are still sore from Friday.

Amelia, hope you have fun with PX90. Keep us posted as to how you like it.

Didn't do Slim & Limber but DH and I did go for a walk tonite we saw a momma deer and her baby.
