Morning, getting us started.

Today is a rest day for me. Were suppose to go play some tennis later, but he's asleep now:rolleyes:

i plan on doing some rearranging in the living room....its time for a new look;) My mil gave me some curtians and i think they will look good in my living room.

This is a rest week for me so I am just going to do some yoga and stretching and core work.

Roxie-just coming back from last weeks thread..thank you so much for your kind words. Im still working on my weightloss...if i don't lose anything this week i may have to tweek my calories. Enjoy your rest week..sounds nice!

Today is some weight work(not sure yet:confused:) and i think DH and i are going to play tennis agian. Yesterday was my first time in a VERY long time playing and there were balls flying everywhere:p. Oh well,practice makes perfect.

Still on track with my calorie counting...feeling good about that!
 
Good Morning,

Haven't done much stretching or core work yesterday was a zoo at work hopefully today will be better and I can get some done however TTOM started yesterday and I am sick to my stomach today.

Amelia-have fun playing tennis I wish I could DH more involved in some kind of fitness but I guess right now I have to enjoy the no smoking thing and maybe that will come later.
 
Sorry I've been MIA this week. It has been a busy week with late work nights. I did get in abs yesterday and today so far I did back. Hope to get biceps in tonight.

Amelia, your pictures show the progress you have made. Great job. have fun with the tennis.

Roxie, enjoy your rest week. I've been trying to gently get DH back into fitness. He actually joined a gym this week. Hopefully he will use it.

Good Morning,

Well I don't know how other than the fact that I have been to busy to eat my snacks in the morning and afternoon and the fact that I was sick yesterday I have managed to lose inches in my midsection and hips I haven't done anything. I am on the road again today not alot of choices for lunch and still not feeling 100%.

Amelia-what is your plan for today?

Jean-isn't it crazy how all of a sudden work has become busy for everyone?
 
Hey girls, ive been sneezing alot and my nose is running. Ugh...i really want to get in a run interval on the treadmill. Im suppose to but grass today too. Maybe later...

I had a indulgence meal yesterday and i don't feel the least bit guilty..it was delish and i mentally feel better. Ive got my meals planned already for today...nice and clean and 1580 total.

Roxie-yay on the inches lost...WTG!

Jean-Thanks, i just have to keep going with the weightloss. Nice job on your weight work!
 
I was the last one to post? Must be a busy day for all.

Just reporting that all i did today was mow the lawn for about 45mins. My head was killing me and my nose kept running so i had to stop. I got some dayquil and im feeling kinda better...guess i have a cold.

Im going to the park tomorrow, if nothing else but to walk. This week will be a wasted week as far as weightloss goes:confused: No weight work yet, only two days of 'kinda' cardio(tennis) ugh...oh well.
 
Hey guys...im taking dayquil and it seems to be helping. I went to bed at 9pm last night. I was soooooo tired and my head was killing me.

I made myself go to the park this morning and walk for 45mins. I was actually suprised to see that i burned 340cals..not bad. Thats all im doing today. Besides the regular house chores(blah)

Even though my body is enjoying the rest week my mind isn't I feel I need to be doing something so tonite I will try to do yoga. DD got the results of her lab back and she has and elevated blood level see has to see a hemotologist tomarrow she is telling everyone in the family she has a rare blood disease so I have spent many hours on the phone correcting everyone. 1 out of 10 people have this disease so she thinks she is one of them.

Amelia-glad to hear you are feeling alittle better sounds like a nasty cold this weather change doesn't help.

Roxie, Hope it is nothing serious with DD.

I don't think I got a chance to post yesterday. In the morning it was bis and tris with a little interval cardio from a web site. She uses tabata training. The site is very interesting with a lot of different exercises on it. Then last night was step at the gym. We still had a sub so it wasn't really intense. This morning I did 30 minutes walk.jog with the dogs and then chest work. I'm slowly catching up on my misses workouts from the beginning of the week.

Decided today I am tired of not working out so tonite will be pilates for beginners just something light. DD goes to the hemotologist today I am busy at work so her dad is going to go with her. She says she is really tired and feeling dizzy so we will see.

Jean-good job on getting your workouts caught up.
 
hey girls, Great workouts done and planned.

Im not feeling myself today..i have no motivation what so ever:( My diet has been terrible:( but like every other time ive fell off my wagon...i find a shiny new one to ride... yet agian.

We watched the biggest loser the other night and my DH noticed the bodybugg...he asked me if I thought that would help me? I said it probably would but its just a device...im the only one that can make me happy. I would like to own one though;)
 
Morning

Today im doing a circuit...not sure which one yet. I went online last night and read through a couple of success stories,which helped motivate me to get back on track agian. I also peeked at the scale this morning,thinking i would be atleast 4lbs of water weight heavier and i was suprised to see the same wieght as last week...which is weird? Not complaining though. The past two days i haven't counted cals and i only got one day of cardio in...so im calling it a rest week and moving forward;)

Jean-I checked out that link..those workouts do look challenging. I will have to try them. Thanks for the link

I have enjoyed spending the evenings with DH so I have decided I will definetly be getting up in the mornings to workout.
 
Workout done,decided on 30day shredd level 1. It was fun and at times very challenging...but not Cathe. I like Jillian though...

Roxie-I like working out in the morning too...around 10ish. Nice job with SM.

Amelia, nice job on the re-motivation strategy. Good job on the maintaining too. Enjoy your day to yourself.

Roxie, good luck with the morning workouts. I prefer them, but 4:00 comes so early for me that sometimes I just want to sleep in. I only do the 4 o'clock thing 3 days a week.

This morning was a 500 calorie jog/walk. I didn't care how far or how long I went, I just wanted to make sure I burned 500 calories and I did.
