Roxie, good luck with the morning workouts. I prefer them, but 4:00 comes so early for me that sometimes I just want to sleep in. I only do the 4 o'clock thing 3 days a week.
This morning was a 500 calorie jog/walk. I didn't care how far or how long I went, I just wanted to make sure I burned 500 calories and I did.
