Morning Challengers!!!

Today is 30day shred(and lord help me:confused:) Im attempting the whole thing but i will probably on make it through two levels:rolleyes: Roxie,you know what i mean...Jillian is NO JOKE in that workout:confused: when i done i will do some sets of squats and some compound moves since this is suppose to be a circuit day!

Tonite is RS haven't attempted that one in awhile. Eating wasn't very good yesterday, but I didn't eat anything fattening.

Amelia-I count 30 day shred as a circuit workout.

Roxie-I do consider it a circuit...i just like to add in some more weight work when i do a circuit! Have fun with RS!!!

Workout is done...30day shred level one,then some compound weight work,then a 1mile run on the treadmill. Felt good to get that run in. I had my mp3 player plugged up to my treadmll and i was lol at the variety of music on there. I went from Marlyn manson(beautiful people) to micheal jackson(billie jean) to kenny chessney(summertime) then Motley Crue(kickstart my heart) :eek:

burned 400cals...later gators:cool:

Amelia - Marilyn MANSON??? HUH??:p I have slept in and now running very late got to do the school run. Must dash. catch you all tomorrow!
 
Hi everyone. This morning was Disc 5. Eating started off good, but then we got hersey kisses as Valentine gifts at work and I now I feel sick. Tomorrow will be a better day.

Amelia, I just noticed your tickler. You are so close to the century mark. You go girl!!!
