Hi girls,
Sorry I've been a little MIA lately. I've been trying to get some Christmas things done and have been very tired. I had more lab work done and my Thyroid levels are still a bit high. My doc has increased my meds. Hopefully this will do the trick.
Amelia: I got a chuckle out of your thank goodness. I've certainly been there.
Roxie: Do you like Ellen Barret's Yogini? It looks interesting.
Jean: I know what you mean about getting those heavy dumbbells up there. That was probably the toughest part of Meso 3.

My WOs this week have been:
Mon. C&W
Tues:KCM cardio and jumping rope
Wed. HSC the cardio and upper body parts and abs then STS disc 6 bonus leg work.
Today: Lomax with 2 risers. I have not done this yet ging to do it in a few minutes.
Fir: I plan to do LIC with 2 risers.
That's all for now.
Elaine-it was ok I found myself watching the timer to see if it was about over but my thighs got a good workout.
