Hi girls,

Sorry I've been a little MIA lately. I've been trying to get some Christmas things done and have been very tired. I had more lab work done and my Thyroid levels are still a bit high. My doc has increased my meds. Hopefully this will do the trick.

Amelia: I got a chuckle out of your thank goodness. I've certainly been there.

Roxie: Do you like Ellen Barret's Yogini? It looks interesting.

Jean: I know what you mean about getting those heavy dumbbells up there. That was probably the toughest part of Meso 3.

My WOs this week have been:

Mon. C&W
Tues:KCM cardio and jumping rope
Wed. HSC the cardio and upper body parts and abs then STS disc 6 bonus leg work.
Today: Lomax with 2 risers. I have not done this yet ging to do it in a few minutes.
Fir: I plan to do LIC with 2 risers.

That's all for now.

Elaine-it was ok I found myself watching the timer to see if it was about over but my thighs got a good workout.
 
30mins of RS + yoga/core done. Burned 375 in 60 mins..

no prego scare Roxie, i just want it to come and get it over with;) besides,my weight has been holding steady for the last three days:mad: i can't get pregnate,had my tubes tied with DS.

Hey Elaine, i hope the new increase in your meds help!

Tonite will be SM with the bands my thighs are killing me from last nights workout.

Elaine-that is a good leg burner.
 
Everyone is doing great with their workouts. Is it because of the fear of holiday calories? I know part of mine is due to that and the other part is DD's graduation. I want to look my best. Unfortunately the stress of the reality of it is starting to get to me (getting the house ready for the relatives coming in town, planning the party, trying to get ready for the holidays). Hopefully I will be abole to keep the eating under control.

This morning was 40 on the TM. Burned over 400 calories. Missed yesterday's workout and will need to try to fit it in somewhere.

Today is going to be Ellen Barretts pilates sculpt or maybe just a walk on the treadmill I need to ad extra ab work. Didn't get workout done yesterday went out to eat with DD and SIL and then they came over to play pool.

Amelia-I just wish you could record without the commercials.

Jean-yes the fear of holiday food is a big motivator.

I am going to do Cathes Dec Rotation starting Monday and I would like to start the habit of getting up early to do it.

Elaine-this one is a good one to good burn easy on the joints and it is off Fittv.
 
workout done,decided on LIC timesaver then i ran out of steam after the third round in 4ds so only did three rounds...still got a good burn.

Morning girls

Ive got my eye on CCV7 after DH wakes up this afternoon. Today is my meal day and what a relief...nine days with no 'splurge meal' just about did me in:confused: (thats why i chose ccv7,im aiming for a 600 cal burn;))

The scale was down .6...im sure i will be down a couple(hopefully a few) lbs next week, that seems to be the pattern for my weightloss.
