Wow,i figured somebody would have started this weeks thread already? You guys must be busy!

I did a pilates/core workout then bm2 timesavor yesterday and was completely wiped afterwards.

Today was CCV4, it was 40mins and burned 350cals. It was fun...i forgot i just recently bought ccv7 or i would have done that one:rolleyes:

4ds Back and Bis:
25 min
6 in the zone

Hi Amelia and Roxie.

I tried to check in earlier, but I hadn't worked out yet so I figured I'd just wait and let someone else start it and I'd report back once workout was done.

Well I did get in a workout, but it wasn't what I hoped for. I wanted to try the evening spin class at DH's gym, but I got there too late and it was full. I decided to do the elliptical since I was already at the gym. I did 30 min. and then did some ab work.

It's late but I thought I would check in while I wait for the laundry.

This morning I did 1/2 of STS disc 4 (chest/should/bis) and 1/2 of disc 6. I can't remember what my cal burn was. It's written down on my calendar down stairs I am to lazy to go look.

Over the weekend I made this great carrot cake in my crock pot. I got the recipe from Clean eating Mag. My husband thought it was great. He had no idea he was eating spelt flour and flax seed. I had to adjust it to fit my DS' allergies and it worked great.

Morning, ive got a rest day planned for today. Im babysitting my 18mth old niece for most of the day. If i have time, i may do some yoga during her nap...

Happy Tuesday all.

I got up and did disc 24, back and bis. I was able to go back up my suggested weights with most of the exercises, which is great because I had lost some strength from those darn shingles. I plan to get to the gym early tonight so I can get a spot in the spin class.

This morning I did HSC abs and cardio only, 4ds BC cardio skipping 2 of the intervals and then did the floor part of med ball abs from ab circuit and 4DS BC stretch. I was very frustrated with myself, I forgot to turn on my HRM. :mad: I really wanted to know how much I burned.

Okay, off to the drs for a check up. Yuck!!

im not sure what im doing today. My rotation calls for 4ds KB + legs,core.....guess i could do that:rolleyes: i will do some kind of cardio and some lifting today..just not sure what.

I will bbl with some personals..ive got to get the kids on the bus..

Yesterday turned out to be one of those days where I could not wait for it to end. Things just kept going wrong.:( Today is going to be much better.

I just finished 1/2 of STS disc 5(back/tris), 1/2 of Disc 6 legs and BM2 stretch. I burned 201 cals . I don't usually burn that much during a weight WO. Must have been all the pull ups. They get my HR up plus the leg work always has my HR up.

I need to take a shower and do that dreaded laundry.
 
Good morning

I took a rest day yesterday, had to deal with a flat tire, the third flat tire in two weeks. We had to buy two tires last week when my kids left a glass cup in the driveway and we ran over it. I guess it got the third tire as well:confused:. Then i had to deal with NO WATER:mad: apparently the neighbors had a leak.

Well, all is well now so for the next four days i plan on getting in a cardio and all of the 4ds weights. Im thinking LIC timesavor then 4ds shoulders,core & calves today...

bbl to report my workout and to catch up with personals:)...
 
workout done as planned, my shoulders were talking to me,lol. Total time was 1:03 and 501 burned.

Tonite is 4ds lower body and the floorwork from B&Gs minus the abs doing those tomarrow.

Elaine-hope today is going better for you.

Roxie: Thanks. Yesterday was much better than Tuesday.

This morning I did Rhythmic Step and my own abs. I warmed up with a 15min. walk with the puppy. In all counting the walk I burned 404cals. I don't think I've burned that much since I got my new HRM. Very pleased. I guess steady state is how my body burns more cals.

Are any of you getting Shock Cardio?

Each update has me wanting them. I pre- ordered them hoping they would be ready way before Christmas. But by the looks of them the wait is going to be worth it.

Elaine-I cancelled mine some of the workouts just look dangerous and hard on the knees. I wanted them for my birthday in Sept when they were suppose to be out now I don't.

Today is 4ds HIS + Chest & back. I previewed that last,tricky step combo last night to make sure i can get through it today...

Elaine-Nice cal burn yesterday! high fives! I would love to get shock cardio..just can't afford it right now. Maybe santa will bring me some new workouts,hehehe. Im dropping hints left and right to my dh..but you know how men are:rolleyes: there from mars,lol

Roxie-Nice job with your workout!!!

Amelia: Your funny about the hints. My DH always wants a wish list from me, so I started printing pictures with my wish list so he knows exactly what I want. But he sometimes still doesn't get it right.:confused:

This morning I did BM2 wu,1,2,3 and the bonus cardio I burned 232cals I then I did STS disc 6 & 9 bonus leg work. burned 74 cals.
My hamstrings are now tight.

Roxie: I know what you mean about hard on the knees. I modify. Like for Box jumps I only use about three riseres. I"m only 5" I just can't jump that high!;)

Okay gotta get moving.
