workout done. 465 burned in 59mins. I still can't do that third combo. Im fine until she goes over the step w/her back to you and starts that shuffle-pivot-hitchkick business. I kept up as best i could,better than last time, guess practice makes perfect.

Hi everyone.

Amelia, I hear ya on the 3rd combo. I get so frustrated. Awhile back I would just start with combo 3 to see if I could learn it while my mind was still freshe and not mush after completing the other compos. It helped a little, but then I started STS and haven't done much step so I probably can't do it now, LOL.

Elaine, nice job on the calorie burn. I'm looking forward to STS Cardio. What I have seen so far looks fun.

Roxie, nice job on the work outs. I prefectly understand what you were saying about some of the STS looking dangerous. I will probably have to modify some stuff. I don't like jumping moves.

As for my exercise lately, last night was spin class. this morning I did some more legs because I didn't get very much in the other morning. Not sure what's in store for the weekend.

Today is 4ds Bootcamp + bi & tri's...my kids are home so i will have to get them busy doing something:confused: ive got doms in my chest&back from yesterday...nice:)

I just purchased tickets to New Moon for tomorrow night....:eek:. Im SO EXCITED. Were going out to dinner first,somewhere. ive been waiting on this movie for over a year now....

Jean-thats a good idea,i will try that next time. Im doing a rotation with 4ds so it will come back around next week. Good job on your workouts!

Hey girls,finished my workout ealier and my energy was gone. Its been happening alot lately:( but luckly i always push through the workout and get it done. I definitely had more energy when i was eating more...but i guess eating less and a loss of energy go hand in hand...i will eat more when i get to my goal.:) Burned 430 in all

Today is a yoga day for me and I still want to do Imax 3 step only. I need to go to walmart to buy thanksgivings supplys I hate that place this time of year to many people.
 
Hey girls, im a sweaty mess so this will be short. I just finished my workout..it was good but agian,i was low on energy. Im glad tomorrow is a rest day. Did the biggest loser weightloss yoga core segment(which is still a challenge) then 4ds kickbox + legs. Didn't get all the leg workout in, just ran out of energy. Burned 450 in 1:16mins.

Roxie-we have to get t-day stuff too,think will go to a local grocery store instead of the dreaded wally world. Enjoy yourworkout!

Roxie and Amelia, nice workouts. today I started Meso 3 of STS. Oh how I forgot how hard this is.

Amelia, if you are running out of energy on the lower calories, you may need to adjust what type of calories. Depending on what you are eating now, you may need more protein or if you already are getting in your protein, you may need more complex carbs. Or maybe you need to try a healthy snack before the workouts to help you through them. Small changes can ake a difference.

I too have to go to the grocery store. I don't know what I'm doing for Thanksgiving. DH has to work so we won't be going to relatives or having any over since it's not our turn to host. He'll be home for dinner, but I don't want to fix a big dinner for just the 2 of us.
