The Bloated Blues.....

Got 'em? I do! What happened???? This entire week I have felt like the pillsbury doughboy. I have been stressing some too so I don't know. Anyhow, I usually don't get bloated, but have been so ALL week so what is a girl to do? Do you all workout harder when your bloated just because you "think" you have gained weight? Probably makes one feel better anyhow even though the bloat still lingers and no one has gained weight. LOL! Well I did gain 2-3 pounds, but my diet is pretty strict although calories much higher.....so maybe I am now sorry for it? LOL! YIKES! So today I am going to do Core Max 1 and 2 and then PLB. Yesterday was PUB.

Hi Charlotte - I make sure I down LOTS of water when I get this way, and do a cardio that makes me really sweat. I hate that feeling. I also watch my salt intake. Sometimes the feeling disappears overnight, and other times it takes a few days.
 
Thanks for reminding me of the salt intake and drinking much water. I usually don't use much salt, if any, but I know I could be drinking more water. I do drink alot of it when I am working out, but tend to stick with green tea for the rest of the day.

Charlotte, I get this way. Not sure why, but there are days when I can really see the bloat and its so depressing. I've been on Cathe's endurance rotation thinking I'd lose a little bit of fat but I swear I've gained some. My measurements and the scale aren't reflecting larger figures, but I just look it to me. I hate that!

Hey there! Yeah, it is like looking in one of those circus mirrors at times. LOL! Really messes with our minds though!

phazyme is good for bloating. I had a week where i was severly bloated. I thought i was pregnant again since that is what happens to me in my first trimester. I bought phazyme at kmart and it helped big time. I too was up on the scale and it went back down 3pds after the bloating was gone.hope this helps
