The birth of a video?

Hi Cathe!

I was just wondering if you would explain how you decide to make a video and the timeline involved. How do you determine what type of workout to present, who will be in the video, how long does the choreography take, etc.? Do you do it in one take (ooh, a Cathe blooper tape!)? I guess I'm curious about the work and time that goes into one of your videos.

Thanks for all the great workouts,

Rose

There are so many variables involved when making a video that it is hard to say that there is one set method that I use to make a video. But I guess I can grossly generalize here and say that I make a video based on what the fitness enthusiasts demands are and what is promoted in the fitness industy. The time involved really depends on how many videos are being made and other technical issues. It generally takes a few months of work starting with developing the concept to the actual film day. We strive to film each video workout in one take as to keep a very natural flow to the workout. Hope I answered your questions well enough to give you a general idea, thanks for asking :)!
