### The 12 week challengers Feb 14th###

Amelia,

I want to lose 9lbs., and so far I have lost 1 since we started this challenge. I don't know if Iam just not eating enough or what. I drink plenty of water. Here is a typical day of eating.

Brkfst is either cereal or boiled egg, grapefruit, and toast.
AM snack banana and yogurt low fat
Lunch is usually whatever I had left over from supper
PM snack either cheese, or salad, or protein bar, fruit
Supper something low in fat just depends on what I want to make.

I would love any suggestions.

I'm sorry if I missed it - but what are your work outslike? Have you switched things up lately? I mean REALLY switched them up? Your body will adapt to what you are doing so you need to change it up.

Also, is it possible that the weight you are shooting for is too low? Are you noticing changes outside of the stalled scale? (Looser clothes, more energy, etc.)

I have been doing the timesaver blast rotation I only have 2 days left. I feel like there are changes in my midsection, but my clothes and tape measure do not reflect that. I just received low impact circuit and start that in a rotation with all the other dvds I have or maybe I should just do this one for awhile. I also have the beginner set and low impact step. I had someone on the open discussion design a rotation for me using all my dvds.
