I did Boot Camp for the first time this morning. It was hard, for sure, but thankfully not as bad as I had thought it would be. I always hated squat-thrusts in high school (I was a wimp). The terminators looked a lot worse than they were - for the first round anyway. After you do the airborne jumps, though, and have to go back to the terminators - well, that's a different story!

I went through 2 16 oz. glasses of water on this one!

i agree donna. i got my bc/me dvd last week and i was a little afraid of bc, but i enjoyed it. i have to admit i didn't get all those tuck jumps in though. x( i thought cathe made some pretty funny remarks in this one.

What 'choo talkin' about Jes?! There ain't no tuck jumps in Boot Camp! If you're trying to actually do tuck jumps in between all those terminator climbers, well then you are 100% certifiable! LOL! And now I'm giving Aqua Jock bad ideas.........

Good work on doing BC Donna! It's really fun, isn't it?
