I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who replied. I just did my first workout earlier today..im definetly feeling it. My husband said that if i just keep at it, it will work. I just have this problem that i want to see quick results. But i guess i will just have to be patient. I will definetly keep ya'll up to date with my progress. Once again thanks so much..
 
Good for you!! This is one time that a husband is actually right, lol! Just be patient. What workout did you decide to do?? I've been doing Cathe workouts for years and still "definitely feel it"!!

Keep up the good work! Dont forget to listen to your body and take a rest day when you need it!

I bought the "all step, cross train " video and little step thing from walmart. Hopefuly with a little calorie cutback, drinking plenty of water, excersing and no sugar everything will work out and i'll lose weight or tone up..:)
 
I love Cathe's CTX series, very time efficient. In my opinion All Step is the most difficult of the series in terms of choreography so dont be frustrated if you stumble a few times. Not to say you made the "wrong" purchase, but be careful with some of Cathe's step tapes if you're using a shorter length step!! You might want to consider a longer, club-style step in the future for safety reasons and also it works better as a weight bench b/c of the length. Keep up the good work!
