Thank you to all of you who have been so supportive during my awful PMS week. I am happy to announce that it is OVER and I am feeling better. I know I've got to see the doctor to try to prevent this next month, but it is so great to be back to my normal self!

It meant a lot to have this board to post to while I was sitting in the office too achey and grouchy to concentrate on work. I've learned a lot from all of you and I promise I am swearing off pain killers for at least another month. Thank you all so much for your answers, your support, for dealing with my grouchy mood, and for your sympathizing! :D

I'm glad you're getting back to normal. PMS is just horrendous. :-( I find that the harder I workout, the better my cramping and moodiness gets, but once the cramping (or brooding) starts it's very difficult to workout.

So again, it's wonderful that you feel better! :D

Gosh, Nancy, you're most welcome. I should thank everyone too, for putting up with my downright witchiness this past week during PMS, which was FOUR DAYS TOO LONG because TOM was four days late.

I'm glad you feel better:)

Nancy, I have to outright say, I work with almost nothing but women. Not only PMSing women but PMSing women selling/buying/building new homes. Yes, almost everyone I'm working with has been stressing about this. And if men don't have PMS please inform these male doctors I work with. Dealing with moody people gets so old, quick. I just have to call you out on it. Please dear, take that as constructive criticism.

Nancy,

What did I miss?! I can't believe YOU were PMSing. BTW, could this be your peri-menopause onset?

Don't you leave for vacation this Friday? You lucky girl!

:)
