I am just very happy to be 188 pounds when only a little over 3 months ago I was at 168 pounds and struggling to get extra muscle on my frame. LOL! I am absolutely thrilled to leave that skinny bod behind and thicken up a bit. Sorry Bev!

I had to cut my TOTAL cardio time back to about 90 to 110 minutes per week. And it's almost exclusively high intensity interval type cardio.
And for the weights I am lifting as heavy as I can go. I do 2 sets by 8 reps, 1 set to failure, for upper body and for legs I alternate week by week doing 4 by 6 or 3 by 8. It's very exhausing going this heavy but it seems to work. I'd probably go to failure on the last set of each leg exercise but I don't have a spotter on a regular basis.
I am also eating more, especially protein like protein bars, chicken, and egg whites

No need to apologize Trevor. I thought it was cute. You should be proud to be 188 pounds. My husband finally made it to 198 pounds and he was soo happy.
He has a hard time keeping mass on.
