Thanks for the new move...

I just wanted to thank you for the new tricep move in your new advanced high step DVD. While climbing at Seneca Rocks a few weeks ago, I was in a chimney (two walls of rock about a foot and a half apart) and moving up very nicely until I came to a chockstone stuck in between the walls. It bulged and loomed in front of me and I wondered "What's a girl to do?" Well, I put my left foot on one wall slightly behind me and using that tricep move, pushed myself up with my right arm on the other wall. I hooked my free foot on the top of that stone and using my free arm, pulled myself over it. I thought, "Wow, I didn't really think of that move as functional fitness until now." So, it was really cool to know that I was capable of pushing myself up with one arm. Thanks! I appreciated your help at that moment.
