I have to tell you I just LOVE This site! I have been sooooo busy lately and just haven't made working out a priority (plus my health and lil bebe' is now priority).
Well.... I logged on lastnight and lurked a little bit. Today I got up at 5:00 a.m. for the first time in about 2 months and did CTX All Step (cardio only) and PUB up only. I have not worked out at 5:00 am since my first trimester! Mostly I have been working out in the evenings which is part of why I can't seem to make it past 3 workouts a week. Before getting preggo again I was working out early in the morning at least 3-4 days a week and then in the evenings the rest of the time.
Just wanted to say thanks to all of you! You all are so encouraging and I know that every little bit counts especially when you are preggo! Anytghing is better than nothing!
I KNOW I would not have gotten up at 5 am this morning if I hadn't logged on to Cathe and this board lastnight!
okay.... now the big test is... when will it happen again? I guess time will only tell!
