Thanks everyone I REALLY think I'm back

Hi everyone!

I really really think I'm back. Today was the 6th day of CTX and I started last Thursday.

I've been in better moods, had more energy and am really looking forward to working out! Joy Joy!

Huge motivation a guy friend was kidding around pushing me and I had NO muscle to push back :( Funny how the superficial things can be so motivating!

Thanks everyone who has been chearing me on.

My son is VERY happy and is continually saying what better moods I'm in.

I used to love CTX, but I bought it years ago on VHS and I used them so much that I can't even put them on a VCR anymore. I will get this series on DVD as soon as my budget allows. It is a must have and LL is one of my favorite leg workouts.

You keep up with it! It's great to do these workouts on a regular basis.
 
Sounds like you are back on track! I love CTX - in fact I did Step and Intervals this morning. I used portions of this series all the time with all kinds of workouts!

Good for you! CTX is so fun and effective. It will always have a place in my heart as it was my intro to Cathe.

I also bought CTX early on and love it! I use it often. It's especially wonderful when you want a compact cardio routine! I also do ab work from it quite often.
