I just wanted to say thanks to Cathe for all of her dvd's, but especially for 2. Travel Fit and Total Body Tri-Sets. I am recovering from surgery for a rotator cuff repair. After my initial 6 weeks of physical therapy, my dr. said I can start adding resistance bands and then a few weeks later, weights. I started with Travel Fit because it's all band. It work me out good, and my shoulder felt great. Then when I started adding weights, I added Total Body Tri-Sets. For me, I feel this is the best weight training for recovering after shoulder repair. The joint friendly workout was great. Now 10 weeks post-op, my dr. cannot believe how far I've come. So, once again, thank you Cathe for everything.
