Hi Cathe! I'm a native NYer and a big fan of yours living abroad in Tokyo, Japan. I just want to say your service is fantastic! I placed an order on-line on Thursday for 8 tapes and they arrived on Monday. The $24 shipping charge was definitely worth it for me. (That's only 2,400 Japanese yen actually which isn't a lot!) I've got a lot of work cut out for me with all these new tapes now and look forward to having loads of fun with them! I also look forward to the new DVD's that I pre-ordered as well. I am definitely hooked on your workouts.

Hi Cathe, it was so nice of you to reply. I've lived in Tokyo 2x now in the last 13 years (a total of 5 1/2 years of my life spent here). It's been a wonderful experience for me and my family, however, it does not come without its challenges. Looking forward to moving back to the tri-state area again this summer. The internet is quite a powerful tool and makes life a lot easier. I would never have known about your workouts without it.

There is a cable TV channel here that shows various U.S. fitness shows on the weekdays, but it would be great if they would show some of yours like they do on FitTV back home. I know they would love you here.

I happily passed on my extra Cathe catalog to a friend yesterday and hope I can help spread a good word about your terrific workouts.
