I did Hilary Burnett's Mind, Body and Mat intermediate workout today and LOVED it!! I have to get used to the rollups and a few of the other spinal exercises. I could really feel my core being used a lot in these exercises. I really loved her relaxing set too. Thanks for the recommendation!! This one will be a keeper!!
