Thank you so much for your August Rotation..............

Hi Cathe,

I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to write up the August rotation--I started it last week when the kids started school, and have felt on top of the world since Day 1! Today I did Bootcamp (TWICE!)--what a feeling it was to accomplish that!

Your workouts motivate me everyday! They make me a better person, a better mom, a better wife, a better friend..........they are the one thing I do for myself everyday.

Meeting you (and everyone else who shares my passion for Cathe workouts) at the roadtrip in July was a treat! Thanks for all that you do!

Amen to that! I could not have said it better myself. What a difference each workout makes for my mood, my mothering, and my well being. I think I would lose my mind without Cathe's workouts and the August rotations shows us that we can do anything we put our mind to and pushing our body to the limit and taking ourselves to a place that we don't get to without your workouts. You are truly our inspiration Cathe and thank you for all that you do.
