A year or so ago Kathy sent me her rotations and I posted them at http://www.fitnessvideofanatics.com/catheites/catheworksheets.fit . They are towards the bottom of the page in both Word and Acrobat file formats. I also have her rotations available in calendar format at http://www.fitnessvideofanatics.com/publicrotations/keep.fit , but you do need to know the name of the rotation before it pops up in as a calendar.

Hi Mariángeles,

I'm just getting to the threads from yesterday so didn't see this earlier...you're very welcome...aren't they fun? Kathy did a wonderful job with them & I've always been grateful to her. I like to lie in bed & read them & make up variations in my mind. No wonder I can never go to sleep! LOL
