Thank you for yoga help this is what I ended up purchasing:

Rainbeau Mars Dusk & Dawn, Shiva Rea's Yoga Shatki Fluid Power & Creative Core (because we can all use help there). I purchased them through Ebay from sellers I have purchased DVD's from b-4.

I also have a bid in on Rainbeau Mars for Pure Power, Pure Sweat and Pure Tranquility. I was at Meijers yesterday and I purchased a Yoga Zone Power Yoga or something like that and another Denise Austin Yoga.

I think this will be a nice selection for all those yoga days.

Oh by the way I did have a Rainbeau Mars selection on my Comcast fitness section and I liked the segment.

And the recommendation for the computer site was good It did work so I will also have that choice as well

Thank you again.

Congratulations! I think you will like your choices. I have Rainbeau Mars Pure Power, Pure Sweat and Pure Tranquility. Power and Sweat will give you good leg stretching and toning. Tranquility gives me the best upper body stretching of any yoga I've tried.

I'm so glad you got RAinbeau's Dusk/Dawn. They are 2 of my fave's. Not too long ....not too easy and not too hard. They are perfect for lifting my mood and the Dusk sequence has lots of hip openeres and then ends with shoulderstand. She explains that your hips are huge storage depots for stress and once you release all of those toxins out of there, you need to redistribute your blood to flush them out.....thus the reason, I love that sequence! I even use Yoga Shakti like that. I program it to do sun sal's, hip openers, forward bending and twisting and always end with the inversion segment and savasana.

I became addicted to doing shoulderstands after I heard them say (on a couple DVDs) that shoulderstands are the "Fountain of Youth". Especially when done with breath of fire (in Kundalini). It brings oxygen and circulation to the face and is supposed to help diminish wrinkles, etc and is said to be great for the complexion.

I have been a yoga addict for years now. I'm sure my collection is so huge that you'd all commit me if you saw it!

Please feel free to join the "Trying to Fit Yoga In" Check in on the Forum. We usually have a nice little group of ladies (around 6) but this week, they are all MIA!! so I've been talking to myself. We call it "trying" cuz it's so hard to fit in yoga with everything else we do. I mainly do yoga on the weekends and occasionally a short session in the evening if time permits. I do everything from vinyasa flow to hatha to restorative to kundalini. I've been practicing all of these for about 15 years now. Last year when I lost my job, I did yoga EVERY day and it was so nice!! I got spoiled. I miss it!

Please do let us know how you like your purchases. One last comment.....if you ever have digestive problems, stomach ache...etc...do Rainbeau's Dawn DVD, as she does a stomach pumping segment in it with lots of twisting moves and it ALWAYS cures my stomach woes! although....you might find the stomach pumping to look and feel very weird.......trust me though!! Just do it!!

Good luck with your yoga purchases. The only one I have of the ones you mentioned is Fluid Power and I love it. The matrix is great and Shiva is so great with her form and preparing you for the poses. Music and scenery are great too.

I restarted my yoga addiction last year. I have to say I'm loving all of my yoga purchases and know I will be using them a lot in the years to come.
