I am not wild about Slow and Heavy Legs and really cannot lift a heavy enough barbell over my head to get an effective workout, but I adore Butts and Guts, Gym Style Legs, and Leaner Legs. I like the 4-Day Split lower body workout too. I placed my preorder with hesitation, and I am excited about this series for the first time after reading your response. I was concerned about where I would store and how I would safely use super heavy weights at home.
Based on your recommendation for equipment, I also purchased Perfect Pushup tonight. Wow! For the first time in my life, I can do push-ups with no strain on my wrists or shoulders! I am looking forward to Higher Intensity Step in the morning. :7 I may actually enjoy push-ups now! ;-) The rotation movement makes push-ups kind of fun. Just don’t tell Cathe. ;-) LOL! Thanks for the suggestion.
