I have to thank you for being so quick to respond to my video problem.

My Step Blast tape had a strange audio problem and I contacted Customer Service that day. They quickly e-mailed to see if the other tapes were ok (which they were) and replied that they would send me another tape immediately, no need to send the broken tape back, and sorry for the inconvenience.
It made my day to have a trustworthy, hassle-free experience which has now made me a customer for life. I loved the tapes before, but now I'm endeared to your company's work philosophy.

The same thing happened to me only it was PUSH and PULL no need to send back and had my new one with in days!
