Thank you, Cathe, for Stretch Max.

Hi Cathe,

I just wanted to thank you for all of the new workouts, but today I'm especially thankful for Stretch Max. Here's why, the other day while doing Cardio & Weights (I was finishing up the January rotation.), I fell off of my step!,which I've never done before, and pulled a rib muscle. Yowie! I actually went to the Dr. because it hurt so much. Now my problem is that I'm such a morning workout person that I hardly feel awake for half the day if I don't get something in in the mornings. Enter, Stretch Max. I've been doing the warm up to SJP (which is what I should be doing to start the February rotation) and then moving over to Stretch Max. So, thanks for helping me to wake up and still feel like I'm doing something.

Take Care,
Steph

I second the Big Thank You!

I love all three of the routines on this DVD; they flow beautifully and are all so graceful and well thought-out. I find the music very soothing and non-intrusive. This is the DVD I've reached for most often in this series so far -- partly because it helps me prepare for all the other more vigorous routines in the series! Stretch max on the ball is particularly wonderful. They all make me feel centered and sooo relaxed. It's great to counteract all the contraction and compaction that's a natural part of weightligting and step and kickboxing.

Thanks, Cathe, for including this one in the series.

I love Stretch Max too. At the moment I am about mid way through a bout of flu and I have very little energy and my body feels stiff all over. The last few evenings I have been having a warm bath followed by the first section of Stretch Max and then off to bed - feeling like I have just had the most relaxing massage! Thank you.

YES! Thank you SO much.

This morning I dimmed the lights in my workout room, lit a candle and did all 3 workouts from Stretch Max. It was very energizing and relaxing at the same time. I felt like I was doing something really good for my mind as well as my body. I've tried yoga stuff before but sometimes get a little turned off by the "touchy-feeliness" of it. So having a more athletic type stretching routine (but still with some yoga-inspired moves) is GREAT! It's just what I needed today. AND stretching is the one fitness component that I neglect...so this DVD is a very good complement to my regular routine.

I have to agree with everyone. As soon as I finished the first segment, I thought to myself, "Cathe has to do another stretch workout in the future." It's relaxing and it feels really good after a tough workout, thank you for this one! :)
