Thank You, Cathe, for all you do!
My fitness level has improved since discovering you about one year ago and also I have been challenged like never before.
My personal favourites are KPC, LowMax, IMAX2, Boot Camp (now that I can do it), BMX2, and B&G. All of your creations are stellar in my opinion.

I've gone from about 190 pounds this February to 154 pounds as of today. I attribute a significant percentage of my progress to some of your high-octane workouts like the IMAXes, Cardio & Weights, SPJ, KPC, and your fabulous new series. You truly give home exercisers workouts that are challenging, maybe even more so, than workouts you can get in the gym.

Ditto! I quit going to the gym because I get a much better work out with you. On my time and in the privacy of my own home is the icing on the fitness cake.
