I did one of your step mish-moshes today: RS warmup, Body Max Power Circuit and HSTA cardio premix and loved it.

Thanks for getting my day off to a great start. I could have never come up with this cross-pollenation of workouts on my own.

Just wait until I have the new DVDs in hand! I already have a couple of mish-moshes in mind, based on the descriptions on the Blog, but I want to wait until I preview the workouts before I put them up here.
