Well awhile back I sent you a Thank you here's another one.
I went to my gym for the first time in 9-10 years I had purchased a lifetime membership. After having children (my twins are 6 and my son 2) I had decided to try spinning last Saturday and I LOVED it so I decided to get back to my gym. I discovered you last January and I was hooked I bought all equipment and have all your dvd's except a few older ones so I have been exclusively working out at home with you, anyhow, they took all my measurements last night (she was a young gal) and I will be turning 36 on April 25th when we got all done she told me I was only .5 away from being in excellent health for my age. I laughed and she wanted to know what I do she could not believe I do not go to a gym I do not know anything about measurements she said "yeah that's awesome"
