Last night's workout is below, I skipped a buy in and took it outside, cuz the weather was nice. Rascal helped.
ETK: 15 minutes swings @ 16kg
* Alternated 15x swings and 100m jog
* Rascal jogged with me for the first 5 rounds
* 10 rounds each, plus 10 swings
Cash out:
5 Rounds
* 10x double unders
* 10x snatches 5r/5l @ 12kg
* 10x air squats
This was a fun little triplet. I haven't snatched in a while, and previously my snatches at 12kg always felt shaky, but these babies were STRONG on both sides! I'm guessing the TGUs are really helping here. Pavel is a genius!
