I did 30 Day Shred Workout #2 this morning and Core Fusion Glutes & Thighs Kneeling Gluteal Toner this morning. The chair squat with V-Fly was still tough for me with 8#. Went up to 12# on Pendulum Lunge with Hammer Curl (up 2#). The rest was:
Walkout pushups
Squat with row - 10#
Hi Knees/Thrusters
Static Lunge with Row - 12#
Cardio - Oblique twist jumps and skaters
Double Leg Lift with 5# dbbls overhead
Military Press with Leg Extension - 8#
Plank Jacks
Double Jumprope
Plank Twist
The Core Fusion Glutes & Thighs is pretty good. Much slower than CardioBarre but you can really concentrate on your form and I was definitely feeling the burn in all the right places.
I'm thinking of going back to a Jillian rotation with Shred 3x a week and barrework on the same day, one day of yoga and one day of pilates, barre, yoga or cardio or a combination thereof.

Congrats on selling your DVDs! Cathe's usually hold their value pretty well. I bought most of my Cathe collection on ebay and never had a problem with any of them. My DH is possibly getting rid of his record collection right now. His records were always really important to him and he's got some great ones and kept them in great condition. He put it up on CL yesterday and had quite a few responses. I can't believe he's getting rid of it but he says he never plays them and we could use the money.
If anyone has any old DVDs or VHSs that they don't need to sell and just want to get rid of, there's someone on VF who works at a women's shelter and says they really appreciate fitness DVDs. I'll be going through my collection this weekend. If anyone needs any info, I'll get her name.
