Gayle::: I like the workout yesterday!! I hope you got a lot accomplished yesterday.

Chalk!! Invest in chalk for your hands!! I chalk my hands alot and it really helps when they are sweaty!! How was cleaning yesterday?
Jane::: I like Winston Churchill. I copied it for later reference! How was it!!??? Looking forward to seeing "pain with Jane"... I think!!
Tammy::: Yeah! to upping weights in Providence. That is one kick butt workout! according to Dragon Door, if you are ready to move up in weight, it is better to do that and do less reps, then stay with the weight you have. So you did the right thing, and soon you will be using heavier weights and completing the rounds!!
And yes, SIM is great, but no pressure
