I actually woke up at a decent hour today!! I am tired, but it's not terrible. I think I'm gonna make it!!

It's so busy at my office that it's just comical. But it can't last forever. We are making progress towards hiring another case manager, and some days off are just around the corner. Election Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, and I just put in yesterday for some extra time off at Christmas. Definitely something to look forward to!!

Not too sure what is up for my weekend. Tonight we are going to the local high school football game, tomorrow shopping and a nap for me!!

Colleen, have a FABULOUS vacation!! LOTS and LOTS of pictures, please!!
 
Workout done -- BM2 warm up, power circuits and lb weights, then stretch and abs. If felt so good to do a *real* workout!! And I think this am's workout helped me discover something -- it's my MIND that is so exhausted, not by BODY!

Not sure on today's menu, we really don't have any food in the house....:eek:

29 hours and I will be in Mexico!!!! Yeah! I have a ton of work to cram into a few hours today but I am determined to leave no later than 3.

Katie, glad you got a good workout in this morning. I hope you get a new case manager soon.
Kate, only 7lbs to loose. That's wonderful. I know you will be working out soon enough.
Klaudia, sorry your week hasn't been that great. I hope the weekend is better.

no workout because I was just too tired mentally and physically. I was hoping to try Tracey's Hi/Lo Med ball before I leave but I don't think I will have time tonight.

The house is QUIET! DDs at school, Mike WORKING at preschool (LOL!!!), and Julia is asleep. I got some housework done, a shower, and now I am typing WITH BOTH HANDS!!!! Unbelievable!

This afternoon I have Julia's pics at the photog's. Gina nad Isabel will be in some too. Hope they turn out good/Julia cooperates! Mike is not coming - helllllllp! I'm bringing cookies to bribe the girls!!!:p

Good morning ladies,

I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning and then Ellie had an accident. I'm so annoyed. I have no tolerance for that. Twice before she wet herself she told me she had to go and we'd get there and she wouldn't go. I don't know what the deal is. She has a potty phobia. :)

Anyway, yetserday's eats were OK. Not awful but not great. Today will be Ok until we go to PF Chang's. :) Tomorrow is Annabel's birthday party so there will be pizza and cake.

Today's workout will be Imax2 - it will be the first time I'll be attempting the "full" version.

So, I spent a long time yesterday previewing a lot of Cathe's workouts on her website. Do you guys recommend the gym styles? I don't really think I want to do slow and heavy because I think I might go crazy but I am trying to figure out what other weight workouts I should do. I'm getting a little tired of muslce endurance. Maybe push pull/supersets?

Colleen, I'm so excited for you about your vacation. You've earned it. Have a FABULOUS time! And good for you with not bringing WO clothes! :)

Katie, great job with the WO this morning. It's interesting how your mind can be tired but your body can be OK, isn't it? I hope you have a relaxing weekend and I'm glad to hear you have some rest days/time coming up.

Kate, give yourself a break woman! Low impact 2 weeks after a baby? Most doctors say nothing until 6 weeks! I remember being so anxious that I was walking at 3 weeks or so. I remember how hard it is but you have plenty of time to get back in shape. I love that you're thinking baby #4. I always thought I'd have lots of kids (I'm the oldest of 6) but my pregnancies were just SOOOOO horrible that 2 ended up being a good number. And to be honest, it really is good. We do well with 2 kids! :)

OK... was oatmeal for bfast. Not sure what for lunch.

kate I can't wait to see the new pics of the girls.

The gym styles are for muscle building like slow and heavy. If you like endurance training then I suggest push pull/supersets.

I think for lunch I'll have some soup.
 
Hey ladies!

The day is half over and here I am posting for the first time. Busy morning-out to breakfast, then Target and JCPenney. Phew! No workout yesterday:( Eats were off after breakfast. But at least I got to see my brother:) So today I have to do P90X Back/Biceps and a 30 minute run/walk. I'll do weights now and wait for Darrin to get home to get on the treadmill.

Colleen, Have a great time next week and take lots of pictures:) Oh, and have a margarita-or two-for me;)

Kate, I feel much better today, thanks. And I saw my brother back in April. He comes home every 6 months or so and stays for 2 weeks. It's nice cause when he comes he's just focused on the family. One of these days we need to go visit him in NYC:) Hope the pictures turn out. I need to take Nevena in for her 2 year ones. Haven't decided where yet.

Angie, the Gym Styles are great. Totally different from ME so a good addition to your collection. And hearing you talk about potty accidents is reminding me that's what I have waiting for me right around the corner. Nevena will be 2 on Monday and she's been going on the potty, but not consistently. I hate potty training!

Anne, I hope things are ok with your father-in-law. Let us know how you're doing.

I SURVIVED!! It's the weekend, and I am sooooo glad. Football game tonight, tomorrow is supposed to be rainy so a LOT of laying around (no complaints here:p), who knows for Sunday.

Kate, hope you survived the pictures. Puh-lease post some!!
 
I made it through Imax 2! I was impressed with myself! It was rough but I made it. I was really thankful for that 30 second break after the 5th one! That really made a difference and helped me get through.

We went to McDonald's afterwards and I had a chicken sandwich (grilled of course) and some apples and just a few of Annabel's fries. :)

Then we went to the pool, got back, did baths and showers and now I'm officially exhausted!

Probably no workouts this weekend. I'll try to check in though!
