Do you all mind having the same thread title every Friday? Sorry, I just love it!

ANYWAY, it's FRIDAY!! YIPEE!

What's on the agenda for the weekend? What are your workouts? What is your goal for clean eating?
 
I think my workout this morning will be Step Blast, tomorrow will be High Step Challenge.

Today should be busy - but not awful - at work. We have a few people out this week, so I am trying to keep up with several caseloads.

Not sure what is going on in my house tonight - hopefully not much. Tomorrow Chris has to work so it's just me and Collin, we will probably go shopping, then I am taking him to a children's play at 11 am. I may ask Chris to take me to Lowe's so we can start picking out a new bathroom floor. Hopefully the weather will be nice, and we can spend lots of time outside and I can work on my tan!

I'm glad its Friday too, when was the last time you heard me say that!

Katie, menu looks great, i dont have step blast or high step challenge, i'm so deprived. Hopefully Chris wont work too late and you can get some Lowe's time in!

This weekend, i'm getting my hair cut tomorrow, spending day with my 2 best girlfriends. Sunday, a friend is coming over with her baby daughter and we're going to the park. Christian came home last night, and wanted to cuddle, can someone explain my life to me please :)

Today, i think a little Amy Bento Hi/lo knockout is in order

Same as yesterday, i end up cutting up so many veggies, i have to eat them or they'll go bad!

Steph, Have fun this weekend. sorry about Christian - I'm sure it's very confusing. (((hugs))) A Knock-out workout sounds like just what you need!

We had so much fun last night out with our friends but I didn't get to bed til midnight. Mike was up at 5 so I know he's gonna be ready for bed early tonight. I stayed in bed til 7!

I am very motivated to eat clean today....I just don't know what!

I wish I could say I was happy it was Friday but I am working the weekend (hopefully my last until Nov/Dec). The good news is I have a 4 day weekend next weekend followed by a 3 day weekend. Yeah!

Katie, sorry I can't decide which color you should use. I looked at your OD last night and again this morning. Sorry :-(
Kate, I am so jealous that you slept until 7. I am sending you clean eating vibes so you stay away from junk food.
Steph, I am so happy to hear you are looking forward to the weekend.

WO is DONE!!!! DDs were outside playing in their sand pit so I took the opportunity to do 4DS KB cardio. They came in and wanted to get in the Jacuzzi so I did KM leg drills while they're scrubbing up!! I feel so productive!;-) :7

Still no clue on meals! We're out of a lot of produce. Mike is super stressed - Maybe we'll pick up healthy lunch and pull himoutside for a picnic?
 
Colleen, You posted right before me! Sorry about a working weekend. Nice to look forward to some extra time off though! Spa day soon maybe?! Then RT!!!!

i forgot to say what out weekend plans are: We are going to the Detroit Zoo for the day tomorrow. It is HUGE. I will be doing walkmax for my WO tomorrow. There are so many cool animals there. We are all super excited to get away for the day.

Colleen, sorry you have to work the weekend, we have a 4 day weekend coming up too! And we're doing the same workout!

Steph, I wish I like green tea, but I really do not like hot drinks. Give me my ice water though!!

I am getting so much done! LOts of paperwork and misc. "junk". feels so good!
 
Well, THAT was a WIERD lunch. Leftover smorgasboard:
1.5 tiny meatballs, marinara
a few fiber crackers w/ lf cheese
1/2 apple w/ a sm. amt. of pb
glass of lf choc. milk (for my sweet tooth!)
carrots and 1/4 of a red pepper

I think I hit all the food groups though!
 
Evening peeps!

I got so much done today! I had a mini-WO vacuuming out the whole Durango! The girls were blasting a Disney cd while they "helped" me.;-) Isabel took a nap so Gina and I did some scrapbooking for an hour or so and played some games.

Dinner was 2 slices of no-guilt cheese pizza and a large salad w/ carrots and red pepper.

Today was a great day!

Oh and I got Preggi Bellies DVD in the mail. The cardio is all done sitting on a stability ball and supposed to be good and fun.
