Teufelsalad

Hi Bubachick,

here is the recipe for the Teufelsalad:

600 g beef (roast beeef) cooked, cut in slices
3 German pickles (use Gundelsheim!) cut in stripes, don't use dill pickles!!!!!
6 onions cut in rings
1 can mushrooms ( without the juice!)
1 glass roasted peppers(,( Tomatenpapika I haven't found it in the US!) little juce!

mix everthing!

Dressing:
3 tabelsp. vinegar
3 tabelsp. oil
salt,pepper, tabascosauce

marinade everything well! Especiallly the onions!

Thank you so much for your recipes.
Tried to e-mail you back but my mail Administrator returned it
to me undelivered.
I just wanted to let you know we are trying the recipe out
today now for lunch. Broetchen and home made chicken soup.

There were too many cooks already in the kitchen the other day.
My husband already had some buns on the go and my daughter was
making Brownies. Will let you know how every one likes them :)
