How Cathenation keeps fit

I have a feeling strength training and cardio (with DVDs) dominate, with Kettlebells and Circuits thereafter.

I wonder if a poll would disprove this.

Regular means: Part of your rotation where you incorporate it at least once a week for a significant part of the year.

Fun thread, Vee!!

I chose:
1. Strength training with weights (I'm currently doing the 6 month STS rotation)
2. Cardio without DVD (I use Cardio Coach almost exclusively. I workout on an elliptical with plans to start incorporating my bike on a trainer)
3. Kettlebells, even though I'm not currently using them, I was doing a rotation last summer and I will again. I LOVE kettlebell workouts and I might even use them during my STS rest weeks!
4. "Other", meaning Classical Stretch with Miranda Esmonde-White. I would describe her workouts as a fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga, and Tai Chi.

1. Strength training with weights
2. Cardio with DVD (mostly Cathe: hi/lo; kickbox; boot camp; power step)
3. Cardio without DVD (aqua shallow depth; aqua deep water; walking)
4. Other: aqua muscle conditioning with handbuoys

Most of my weeks involve the first 2 and Stretching. I throw Cardio Coach in there now and then, but not every single week.

My yoga practice has been shelved for the time being.

I forgot to add: We ice skate once a week. I normally don't count that as official "cardio," but we're on the ice for about 90 minutes, so that adds up.
