Terry,
This is my second completed challenge so I must enjoy the eating plan. (lol). The eating plan is great. You eat 5-6 small meals a day which include a carb and protein. You do not have to purchase the supplements if you don't want to. The supplements are for people like me who really don't have alot of time to spend in the kitchen.
Most times I can not eat the 5th meal, but I love the eating program, and you can have one free-day a week to eat whatever you want.

thanks for the response. I was over at the Firm's General Topic, and saw an Ange to Carol message, is that you.

Did you measure your food on BFL or did you eye your portions? Could you give sample of your meals for the day. If you want, you can e-mail at [email protected].

I really like his eating plan, it is something that I can live with. I am just insecure on the portion sizes. When I get really hungry, my portions tend to get bigger
