Terminator Imax extreme

I was wondering if the description of Imax extreme was right on the terminator dvd . It is exactly the same description as the viper. Could anyone who has this workout tell me if that is correct. Thanks,

I'm pretty sure it's a typo and that the actual description of Imax Extreme is
CW Warmup
CW Cardio one
CW Compound Weights
Imax 2 Step and Intervals 2-3
CW Cardio and Compound Weights 2
Imax 2 S+I 4-5
CW C and CW 3
Imax 2 6-7
CW C and CW 4
Imax 2 8-9
Imax 2 Cool Down and Stretch

I really like this workout too! I sometimes do it just for the cardio and skip through the weights. I like the cardio mix! :)

How funny, I always do it that way! Actually I've never done it as produced, except the first time b/c I needed the breaks with the weights to catch my breath :p

Just did this one this morning. Love it all the way through. I was really sweatin' while including the weight workouts. But they are really fast your right.:)
I usually have the printout of what is next right handy to set up for the weight portion. It's available on the Cathe sight somewhere.
 
I also do the Gauntlet and skip the weighted work. It ends up being a 45 minute intense cardio workout.

There are a couple of Boot Camp lower body sections in Gauntlet that don't use weights and I keep those in the mix. They are kickbox style moves.

i actually just started a circuit training routine and have been doing onlly the Terminator exercises 3xs a week.

the weights segments aren't as challenging as Gym Style but it's a good change up for me from the usual routine of cardio/weight.
 
I skip through the weight work too, but I always add step segment 10 to the mix as that's my favorite.

I love Gauntlet. If you want a killer workout, do the cardio only (no leg workouts what so ever) twice. If you can walk afterwards, you're a better woman than I!
