Hey guys,

Just wondering about this DVD. I know its a compilation DVD, but i''m not sure of the format. What I want to know specifically is do you have to keep on changing equiptment throughout it. Do I have to do step, then pause to go for a high step while I have to put away the step, then run for my barbells... Is the transition between the compilations smooth? I ask because my workout space is small and I can't be bothered to change different types of workout equiptment throughout one workout.

The transitions between the workouts are really very smooth.
In Imax Extreme you only need your step as that has a mix of Imax 2 and Cardio and Weights.
"The Viper was made by combining One cardio section from Cardio & Weights + one Imax2 interval + two or three Muscle Endurance upper body heavy weights Then repeat this pattern 4 times doing different exercises each time."
You'll need to have your barbell handy for this one as you'll be using it for one squats and some upper body stuff from ME, but again, the transition is very smooth and you won't need to spend a lot of time changing the weight. I don't believe you need the highstep, but I'm not 100% sure.
"The Gauntlet was made by combining One Imax 2 interval + one Boot Camp lower body + one Cardio & Weights compound weights + one Boot Camp upper body + one Boot camp cardio..... Then repeat this pattern 7 times doing different exercises each time" You don't end up switching steps for this one either, but you will need to have a few weights handy for the BC lower and upper body, but you can tuck the weights under your step and sub heavy dumbbells for a barbell for the legs.

This is a great DVD and the transitions are really smooth. No high step is needed, just your reg. step and weights and barbells. When you need to change the weights on your barbell time is built in for you to do so. I think you will be happy with this DVD.
