Terminator DVD Descriptions

I was just looking at the descriptions for the Terminator DVD, and it looks like the Viper and Imax Extreme have exactly the same format, i.e., one C&W cardio, one Imax 2 interval, and 2-3 ME upper body heavy weight. Do they just use different selections in the same format, or is this description a mistake?

There is a mistake. If you go to this webpage: http://www.cathe.com/Terminator_Chapters.htm , under the descriptions, you'll see the chapters listed. That'll tell you what you want to know.
