Hi Cathe, I just found out I have tennis elbow - I thought I had pulled a muscle in my forearm from heavy weight training, but my co-workers (who are physical therapists) told me my symptons are from tennis elbow. Thankfully, they are going to treat me with physical therapy, but they did recommend I stop lifting until the pain stops. This is more painful to me than the pain itself!!! Cathe, have you ever had tennis elbow? What would you recommend the best course of action be? Do I need stop weight training or could I go light?
