I tried the 2005 January fat loss/New Year's Resolution rotation, and without even exceptional eating, I noticed a dramatic difference. BY week 2, my pants were all falling off me (and I reiterate, the eating wasn't completely clean. Not high calorie, but not clean). I was also doing great with drinking lots of water at that time too, not sure how much that accounts for. I exercised before and during Christmas, so the changes were not just due to working out again after a lazy holiday...
Hmm, maybe I should do that again!
