tell me your success stories using one of Cathe's fat loss rotations!

There are several to choose from she's made but I was wondering what kind of success people have had using them! Let me know!
 
I am currently doing the fatloss rotation from March 2005.

I did it last month and lost a total of 5.52 inches. However, I did not eat as clean as I should have, so I decided to repeat it again this month with a focus on clean eating. I haven't taken measurements yet, but I can see more and more muscle definition everyday. I was looking at my arms last week, (one of my many problem spots :) , and was like...OMG, I think I see muscles there. Whoopeee, I knew there was muscle somewhere under all that fat!!!!
 
I tried the 2005 January fat loss/New Year's Resolution rotation, and without even exceptional eating, I noticed a dramatic difference. BY week 2, my pants were all falling off me (and I reiterate, the eating wasn't completely clean. Not high calorie, but not clean). I was also doing great with drinking lots of water at that time too, not sure how much that accounts for. I exercised before and during Christmas, so the changes were not just due to working out again after a lazy holiday...

Hmm, maybe I should do that again!
 
I'm going to try Cathe's Hardcore Fat Loss Rotation from March 2005 (I think) for the month of August, along with my no sweets challenge. I'm hoping it will make a difference. I have this "layer" that I'd like to lose;)
 
I did the Hardcore fat loss rotation before my spring break vacation to the beach. I lost about 8 pounds, and I was eating pretty clean, drinking only water.

It kicked my butt, though, and I took a few weeks off (could have been a little too much vacation, too!!). I am going to do it again when the weather turns cooler and I can't run in the morning (it will be too dark).

It was a fun rotation that really focused on cardio, which I dread, but I really love the entire HC series (especially LowMax!)!!
 
I did the HardCore Fatloss rotation last month. I lost 3 pounds, 3/4" off my waist and 3/4" off my thunder thighs.

I am doing all three hardcore rotations (fat loss, muscle endurance and muscle building) in a row. I am having so much fun and seeing such good results, that I will probably repeat the fat loss rotation again after the muscle building rotation.

I'm so excited to see your post because I just started the January rotation this week. I can't wait for my clothes to be falling off of me (well not in public of course;) ) Also, I have been eating EXTREMELY clean for the past month, so hopefully that will make for great results. Can't wait!
