I've decide to buy 3new tapes, Strong legs&Abs, MIS, and the Wedding tape.(I bought MIC from the firm swap). I'm looking forward to start my New Year off with cathe. (A firmie here)and would like yalls opinion about these tapes.

LAST EDITED ON Dec-23-01 AT 09:27PM (Est)[p]Hi, all of Cathe's tapes are great, but it really depends on what you're looking for, what your goals are, what type of equipment you have and how advanced/choreographically challenged you are before we can steer you towards one tape or another. This is especially true if you're new to fitness or new to Cathe.

I only have MIS of those you mention and I love it. The leg portion is only 20 minutes long, but I always feel it the next day in my glutes. I attribute it to all the lunges. I appreciate that the pushups come first in the chest routine. Because the shoulders don't have a lot of side laterals, I always do my upright rows with a wide grip. The tricep portion is tough with barbell dips.

Beware--Body Max's upper body is very similar. If there are only so many tapes you can buy, I wouldn't get BMax next.

All in all, tt is a very solid and enjoyable routine. I never tire of it. I think you will be happy. Jeanne

Thanks you two. I'm looking forward to doing MIS and feel this is the tape I need to get for sure. I'm looking to get more define and tonned. I'm skinny, But I've gain in strenght since I've been firming. I have dumbells, barbell, and a 5in and 14in, step. I know I need to purchase a wider step. I'll have to buy in January because money is an issue. But I've read the cathe style is more like what you would do at the gym and that's what I'm looking for. The Firms and Fitprime are comming out with there tapes, but I have my heart set on Cathe.
