Shannon, I'm in my 2nd week of Body Fusion and I still can't get through the 3rd combo. I think Cathe should consider calling me if she ever wants to do a DVD of cardio bloopers
LOL Michele! Actually, that's how I first felt when I started Cathe. There have been a few times when I've actually done a tumble and rolled across the floor before I could catch myself. Not pleasant on a tile floor. But really, it does get easier.
