Technical mp3-cardio coach ??

HELP!!!! I downloaded several Cardio Coach volumes #s4,5,7,8. I bought an RCA mp3 player which has its own easy rip program where you can create playlists. I've also created playlists using windows explorer. This is my problem....no matter what order I put my cardio coach volumes in, I cannot get them to load in album order (other than volume 7). I have tried numbering the tracks(ie. 1,2,3) vs. naming (steady state,warm-up) but no matter how i do it the player loads them as it desires...example...alphabetical ~challenges,coach's notes,steady state, stretch,warm up...obviously a big problem! Has anyone ever had this problem or understand what I'm describing? I've e-mailed Coach Sean and he has been great, but I've tried all his suggestions and it still won't work. I even bought a different player. I am really computer illiterate so I won't be offended if it's a really easy solution and you think I'm an idiot!!! I've been working on this for 3 days and I'm going out of my mind!!!

Becky, when this particular problem happened to me with my IPOD, I determined that I had the player on random play, so it was picking tracks at random. Other than that, I can't think of what might be happening. Have you tried customer support for your player? Sometimes (and I mean sometimes) they are helpful. Good luck!

Oh wow, I really have NO IDEA!! I have an iPod and I may have had problems with one CC workout not downloading with the tracks in order, but in iTunes you can click an arrow and it will put them in order according to number (I seem to recall the CC tracks being in numerical rather than alphabetical order).

I would check into the random play thing that Melissa mentioned.
